Have you been good this year? Visit Santa Land! (Permalink)Topic: Active Worlds
AlphaWorld - 203.86S 1049.90E 0.06a 193
Santa Land hasn't had anything new added this year - that I'm aware of. I apologize for the "Image Hosted By" stuff, especially in the Gingerbread Village/Christmas Village. I was told that it's gonna be fixed but... no idea when?
Anyhow, Give it a visit if you're bored and be nice to the Abominable Snowman. He's already in a bad mood...

Destroying the Artie (Permalink)Topic: Active Worlds
Ah, no one values anything historical in Active Worlds! :p
But I suppose things do need to be upgraded. Here's a historical moment in what the Artie looked like before Riff destroys it.
Oh, and to explain... the Artie is Riff's term of endearment for the tracks there... R-Town. R-T. Artie. Get it? No?

While that picture above is of mine, a tradition was never really done about 'receiving an extra present'. hehe.

Last Day... (Permalink)Topic: Miscellaneous
Last day of the month and most likely my final blog post for awhile. At least I posted something every day of the month. hehe. Now I'm gonna go wander off and find something to eat.

Looking back... (Permalink)You know, sometimes when I look back over the ten+ years that I've been online, I can't help but think about the firsts... First chat I ever entered was chatting.com. First e-mail ever was hotmail. First website ever was on FortuneCity.
Right now, things seem to be changing and stumbling. I wonder what the norm will be ten years from now.

Painted Wizard (Permalink)Topic: Miscellaneous
I was asked about the image I used as a card for the Yuku Blog Ring.
It's some sort of fabric-like thing glued to a cardboard. I can't remember who bought it for me but basically you dipped the paintbrush in some colored water and touch it to the fabric. The paint would spread. Sometimes if you put too much, the color would darken. Some of my 'darkening' attempts for shading caused it to spill over the lines so there's some goofs if you look hard.
